After you have received and used your item, use the review link in your PPS email or open the item’s product page and choose Write a review. Positive and negative feedback are welcome. Leaving a review is optional.
Photos and the 5% review reward
Our current photo or video review reward is a one-time 5% discount code, regardless of your star rating. Reviews and photos or videos are optional; text-only reviews are welcome too. Rewarded reviews are labeled. New reward codes cannot be combined with other discounts. Check your code’s instructions for eligibility and redemption details. Previously issued codes retain the terms provided with them.
Only share photos or video you have permission to publish. Keep addresses, order numbers, contact details and private customer artwork out of public media.
How reviews are handled
Feedback is assessed consistently regardless of rating. Spam, unrelated content, private information and content that violates our review standards may be withheld. Reviews are never removed merely for being critical.
