Overview
This website is operated by Plant Print Supply. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Plant Print Supply. We provide made-to-order print products, plant-business merchandise, and related goods and services through this website.

By visiting this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Return and Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Products and descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display products, descriptions, colors, dimensions, and pricing accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, substrate, blank garment, and production batch. Product availability, specifications, and fulfillment timing may change without notice. Plants, when offered, are living goods and may vary from photographs by size, leaf count, coloration, and natural growth pattern.

Made-to-order print products
Print products are produced after an order is accepted. We do not represent made-to-order products as pre-made finished inventory. Customer-supplied artwork, logos, names, QR destinations, and other content must be provided with permission for the intended use. We may request proof approval or clarification before production. Production begins only after required details are complete.

Orders, cancellations, and changes
An order is accepted when we confirm it. Made-to-order products may be cancelled before fulfillment begins, subject to the return and cancellation rules shown at checkout. Once production or fulfillment has begun, changes may not be possible. We may refuse or cancel an order when information is incomplete, artwork appears unauthorized, a product is unavailable, or fulfillment cannot reasonably be completed; if we cancel, we will provide the applicable remedy under our policies.

Returns and damaged or incorrect goods
Returns, replacements, and claims are handled under the Return and Refund Policy. Customers should inspect packages promptly and contact us through the Contact page with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when relevant.

Intellectual property and customer content
Plant Print Supply and its branding, designs, copy, graphics, and site materials are owned by or licensed to Plant Print Supply. Customers retain ownership of content they submit but grant us the limited rights needed to review, reproduce, produce, and fulfill the order. Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe another party’s rights or violate applicable law.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Third-party services
Shopify and other service providers may support hosting, checkout, communications, shipping, analytics, or other functions. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and products are provided as available and to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every product will meet an individual preference. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
