Start with the plant in your care

A good beginning looks different for every plant.

Choose your starting point

Check your plant’s current stage, pot size, care and delivery details. A plantlet is not a mature or automatically acclimated plant.

Prepare before opening

Read the plant-specific instructions and confirm which preparation steps are complete. Match your growing space and supplies to that stage before transferring or repotting a plant.

Ask about your plant →

Observe, then adjust

A newly transferred plant needs protection from abrupt drying and intense light. For an acclimated plant, check moisture and its needs instead of watering by the calendar. There is no universal acclimation countdown.

Plant arrival help

Inspect your plants on arrival. If a plant arrives dead, severely damaged, incorrect or materially different from its listing, contact PPS within 24 hours with photos of the plant, packaging and shipping label. See the shipping policy and return and refund policy.

A little record goes a long way.

Use these prompts in your notes. Keep paper labels dry and outside growing containers.

Your artwork. A clearer path to print.

Plan it. Prepare it. Confirm the next step.

Choose the finished result

DTF transfers are for pressing onto your own garments. For a DTF project, send PPS the needed sheet size, quantity, delivery ZIP, desired date and whether your artwork is ready; PPS will confirm the supported order path or quote. Standard business-card, postcard, flyer and brochure packs are paused for new orders while PPS validates proof, production and delivery. For available seller posters and other print products, review the current listing’s size, price and artwork requirements. Products that require a final proof proceed after your approval. If a listed format does not fit, contact PPS before ordering.

Check the file at print size

Prepare a finished layout at the intended print size, with a transparent background where the design needs one. Do not mirror the artwork unless PPS asks you to. Check the current artwork guide for file formats, resolution and proof requirements before sending a file; an upload tool does not arrange, resize or repair it.

Check artwork and proof guidance →

Confirm the supported path

Ask PPS to confirm sheet size, quantity, artwork readiness, delivery and the supported product path or quote before placing a DTF order. DTF transfers do not include garments, cutting or application. Product-specific approval and production requirements apply.

Ask about a DTF project →

Planning a deadline? Share the date and delivery ZIP when you inquire. PPS will confirm artwork readiness, capacity, production and any available pickup or delivery option before you place an order. Production and carrier transit are separate. Wait for a Ready notification before pickup.

Botanical art. Made tangible.

The things we grow.
The things we make.

PPS brings botanical artwork to apparel, canvas and selected gifts using DTF and sublimation. Givvy is part of that creative direction, but its gift tiers are paused while PPS finalizes the collection.

Ask about botanical gift designs

New purchases and email signups do not earn or reserve a Givvy gift while the tiers are paused. If PPS already confirmed a gift with an accepted order, its original terms still apply; contact PPS with the order number for help.
