Approve the next step.
Complete the confirmed payment and artwork requirements. Approve the final proof where applicable before production; dispatch follows the confirmed process.
Artwork, payment & production
Payment is not proof approval. Paper and custom print require final proof approval before production. DTF uses a finished layout and selected sheet size; confirm the required acknowledgement and supported order route with PPS.
Production and carrier transit are separate. Review project-specific requirements before committing to a date-sensitive order.
What if my artwork isn't ready?
Review the artwork guide and tell PPS which files you have. Ask what preparation is required for your project before ordering; design help is not automatically included.
How do I plan several designs?
List each design and its quantity separately when you contact PPS. Confirm the artwork and format requirements for each design before ordering.
When will my project ship?
Ask PPS to confirm project-specific production and dispatch requirements. Required payment, complete artwork and proof approval where applicable come before production. Carrier transit is additional. See the shipping policy.
What does a DTF project include?
Printed transfers for a suitable heat press. Garments and pressing are not included. Prepare one finished gang-sheet layout matching the intended size; ask PPS to confirm file requirements, size and quantity before ordering. Uploading a file does not arrange, resize or repair artwork.
Reordering or changing artwork?
Contact PPS with your previous order number or project reference, the format, quantities and the changes you need. Keep your original artwork files. Current specifications, pricing, artwork requirements and timing need confirmation; a previous approval does not approve a new paper run.
For an existing order, contact PPS before sending replacement artwork.
