What you receive
100 flat inserts, each 4 × 6 inches. 14pt matte cardstock, full-color print on both sides and square corners. One repeated front/back artwork pair. No folding or scoring.
Quantity 1 buys one pack of 100 finished inserts. Order more packs for more copies of the same artwork; add a separate item for each different design.
Artwork and proof
Prepare one 4 × 6 inch front/back artwork pair, as separate PNG files named Front and Back, or as a two-page PDF. Check care information, offer terms and QR destinations before approving the proof.
Use the 4 × 6 inch insert template. Prepare each artwork canvas at 4.125 × 6.125 inches, including 1/16 inch bleed on every edge. Extend background artwork to the blue bleed line, keep important content inside the green safety line and remove the guide layer before uploading.
Upload 1–4 artwork files before checkout, up to 200 MB each, and wait for every file to finish. PNG preferred at 300 pixels per inch at the final print size, including the required bleed; use one clearly named PNG per side or page. A PDF containing all sides or pages is also accepted. Pixel width and height must equal the artwork canvas in inches × 300, rounded up to whole pixels. For example, a 2 × 2 inch image needs 600 × 600 pixels before bleed. Changing the DPI label alone does not add image detail. Use a transparent background where no printed background is intended. Transparent pixels leave the material beneath visible; opaque paper or vinyl does not become clear. Keep intended background colors and extend edge-to-edge artwork through the required bleed. Use one artwork set per cart line; the file limit does not add extra designs.
Payment places your custom order. PPS reviews the files and sends a final proof. Production starts after your proof approval and payment. An uploaded preview or payment is not proof approval; PPS contacts you if corrections are needed. Design creation is not included.
Use and delivery
These are printed cardstock inserts for dry packaging. Mailing, referral tracking and design creation are not included.
Specialty print delivery is $25, shown at checkout. Other product groups may ship separately and add their own shipping charges. Tax is calculated at checkout. Made to order; carrier transit follows production.
