What you receive

One three-sided, open-back cover for a standard 6-foot rectangular table with a 72 × 30 inch tabletop. 170 GSM white polyester, full-color printed exterior across the top, front and sides. One artwork layout per cover. Table and display accessories are not included.

Quantity 1 buys one finished item in the configuration above. Each item uses one artwork set; add separate items for different designs.

Artwork and proof

Use the 6-foot, three-sided table-cover template. Its artwork canvas is 128 × 61 inches with curved trim and safe areas. Keep important artwork on the visible panels and remove all template guides.

Upload your artwork before checkout and wait for every file to finish. You can attach 1–4 files, up to 200 MB each. PNG preferred at 300 pixels per inch at the final print size, including the required bleed; use one clearly named PNG per side or page. A PDF containing all sides or pages is also accepted. Pixel width and height must equal the artwork canvas in inches × 300, rounded up to whole pixels. For example, a 2 × 2 inch image needs 600 × 600 pixels before bleed. Changing the DPI label alone does not add image detail. Use a transparent background where no printed background is intended. Transparent pixels leave the material beneath visible; opaque paper or vinyl does not become clear. Keep intended background colors and extend edge-to-edge artwork through the required bleed. Keep your original files.

Payment places your custom order. PPS reviews your files and sends a final proof; production begins after your approval and completed payment requirements. An upload or payment is not proof approval. If corrections are needed, PPS contacts you before production.

Production and delivery

Made to order. Estimated dispatch is 7–10 business days after payment and final proof approval. Carrier transit is additional; this estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Shipping and tax are shown at checkout. This item may ship separately from paper, plants or apparel.
