PPS reviews file readiness and confirms production timing after checkout. You receive tracking or a Ready for Pickup notification; cut and apply your transfers using the supplied instructions.

Do I need a gang-sheet builder?
This order path is for a completed layout. Arrange your designs in your own design software at the selected sheet dimensions. If you need help preparing a layout, contact PPS before ordering; send your desired sheet size, quantity and deadline. Any layout work and its cost must be agreed before production.
How do I apply hot-peel DTF transfers?
Follow the instructions supplied with your transfers and test on a spare garment first. The standard starting point is to pre-press for 3–5 seconds, press at 300°F (about 150°C) for 15 seconds with firm pressure, wait 2–3 seconds and peel hot, then cover and finish-press for 5 seconds. Fabric, coatings and press calibration affect results. A commercial heat press is recommended.
What if I miss the Premium cutoff?
Orders or approved artwork received at or after noon ET, on weekends or on holidays move to the next available production window. File corrections and capacity can change the schedule. Confirm a critical deadline with PPS before ordering.
Can I change artwork after ordering?
Reply promptly to your PPS order conversation with your order number. A replacement is not accepted until PPS confirms it, and changes may be impossible once production starts. Before checkout, replace artwork on the product page and add a new cart line, then remove the old line.
How should decorated garments be cared for?
Let the print cool fully before handling or packing. Wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, and use low heat or hang dry. Follow the garment label as well as the instructions supplied with your transfers.
