What you receive
One indoor display poster in your selected size: 18 × 24 or 24 × 36 inches. 24pt Gloss C2S display cardstock with a semi-gloss surface, printed in full color on one side (4/0), with an unprinted reverse and a straight rectangular trim. No added coating, laminate, grommets, mounting or frame.
Quantity 1 buys one finished poster. Additional quantity repeats the same design and size; add separate items for different artwork. For dry indoor display. Handle and store flat, avoid bending, and use suitable display support.
Artwork and proof
Prepare artwork at the selected finished size. For edge-to-edge printing, use an 18.125 × 24.125 inch or 24.125 × 36.125 inch artwork canvas, including 0.0625 inch bleed on each edge. Keep essential text and QR codes at least 0.25 inch inside the finished edge. A portrait layout matches the listed dimensions. PPS checks the selected size template and final trim in your proof.
Supply your QR code and its exact destination. Check that the destination is correct and scan the code on your final proof before approving it. Avoid reflective coverings and test the displayed poster in its intended lighting.
Upload 1–4 artwork files before checkout, up to 200 MB each, and wait for every file to finish. PNG preferred at 300 pixels per inch at the final print size, including the required bleed; use one clearly named PNG per side or page. A PDF containing all sides or pages is also accepted. Pixel width and height must equal the artwork canvas in inches × 300, rounded up to whole pixels. For example, a 2 × 2 inch image needs 600 × 600 pixels before bleed. Changing the DPI label alone does not add image detail. Use a transparent background where no printed background is intended. Transparent pixels leave the material beneath visible; opaque paper or vinyl does not become clear. Keep intended background colors and extend edge-to-edge artwork through the required bleed. Use one artwork set per cart line; the file limit does not add extra designs. Keep your original files.
Payment places your custom order. PPS reviews the files and sends a final proof. Production starts after your proof approval and completed payment requirements. An uploaded preview or payment is not proof approval. PPS contacts you if corrections are needed. Design creation is not included.
